The following prices apply to all online orders:

All orders under $50.00 are shipped within 5 to 7 business days, and orders of $50.00 or greater are shipped within 5 to 10 business days. All orders have a flat shipping rate (see above) and the average delivery time is:

Our online store is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week,  so you can browse and shop at any day and time. Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm PST. Your order will be processed immediately after your purchase, and all orders are usually manufactured within 48 hours.  All weekend purchases are immediately processed the next business day because we strive to ensure that you begin to enjoy your silk flowers  as soon as possible.  

Please note that all sales are final, and Lilishop does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
