How Drop Shipping at LiliShop Works
When drop shipping with LiliShop, you are entering an agreement to sell LiliShop products on your site whereby LiliShop will ship the product(s) to your customers, and LiliShop reserves the right to terminate its drop shipping agreement with your site at any time.  Here's how it works:

For example, a customer visits your site and makes an $83 purchase + shipping and handling. All you need to do is send LiliShop an email notification with the customer's order details (item(s) purchased, shipping address, email, etc.), and LiliShop will usually manufacture and ship it to your customer within 48-96 hours. The average delivery times from the moment a package is shipped are as follows:

Once LiliShop has shipped your customer's order, you will be billed the wholesale price + shipping and handling of the order in question.

• How do you choose the product(s) that you wish to sell?
  Simply take a look at our online product catalogue to browse our products in order to choose the product(s) you like.  You can copy and paste any product information (images, descriptions, prices) you need from our web site in order to set up our products on your site. Be sure to revisit our site every few months, as we always add new products based on growing trends.
  

• Does LiliShop offer international drop shipping?
  Due to international customs restrictions, LiliShop only offers drop shipping to U.S. based retailers.

• How does LiliShop "handle" shipping and handling?
  LiliShop will add the cost of shipping and handling to each order.  LiliShop uses USPS and FedEx in order to ensure prompt delivery of orders.  You will be provided with customer shipment details, and this includes tracking information. The following is a list of our current shipping and handling fees based on order amount:

• What is the wholesale discount that LiliShop offers?
  At this time we offer our retailers 30% wholesale discount off LiliShop's regular retail prices.  This discount is subject to a +/- percentage change based upon demand.
  

• What is the minimum/maximum of products LiliShop will drop ship?
  LiliShop will drop ship a maximum of 100 units per month per retailer, and our retailers are required to sell a minimum of $100 per month. Please email corporate@lilishop.com for further details.
  

• How does LiliShop bill you?
  Once we ship a customer's order, you will receive an email notification with the statement of your bill, and a link to a secure payment page where you will be required to pay your bill in full.  You will be given 72 hours to submit your payment. If you do not submit a payment in full after 72 hours, LiliShop will automatically bill your credit card the amount of your bill plus a late fee of $5.00 USD.  After six months of drop shipping with LiliShop, you may be offered a discretionary billing cycle where you submit your payment for all orders at the end of each month.

• LiliShop.com Refund Policy
  At LiliShop, every design is manufactured after each purchase in order to ensure optimum quality.  We will gladly honor refund requests if and only if they are made prior to manufacturing which means that we must receive a refund request within 24 hours after purchase.  This is because once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it will be returned in the new condition that LiliShop originally sent it.  Please be assured that LiliShop strives to provide significant details about each product sold, and we gladly and promptly answer any questions about our products that customers/retailers may have.  To date, we have over 90% satisfied customers which makes us a reputable company.
